At Living Unlimited, we help each client explore a multitude of opportunities to achieve attainable goals and realize a brighter future. Let us help you and your family create your roadmap to success. We recognize that getting the support you need can be confusing and overwhelming, so let us lead the way; we have been assisting individuals with cognitive and/or physical impairments for more than 25 years! For more information about any of our services, or to refer someone who would benefit from our services, please call 1.800.310.7776. According to where you live, we will connect you with one of our managers to answer your questions and get things started!
After speaking with our experienced managers, we will schedule a cost-free initial intake to further explore your goals and best determine how our programming will assist in meeting those goals. This meeting can be scheduled either at one of our office locations or at a local community location.
During the intake meeting, we will learn more about your unique needs and also explore potential funding options. We’ll connect you to all available resources and community partners and help to arrange payment to support your service needs.
Once Living Unlimited’s services are deemed appropriate and funding secured, services will begin immediately. We look forward to being a part of your success.
If our services at Living Unlimited are not the right fit for you, we will discuss other community options that may prove beneficial and assist in making referrals to those other agencies.
