Meet Our Staff
Teresa Stickle - Living Unlimited President
Teresa “Terrie” Stickle graduated from Elizabethtown College where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Terrie has been in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 1987 and has been with Living Unlimited Inc since 1990. Terrie began her Living Unlimited career as a Regional Manger from 1990 to 2009 and was responsible for managing the home and community and vocational services in the South Region. During her tenure as manager, the region grew in geographical areas served and Terrie developed programming to better meet the needs of the people served. In addition to serving as President of Living Unlimited, Terrie also provides consultation to patients of the Hemophilia Center located at the Hershey Medical Center and is a certified vocational evaluator. In her spare time, Terrie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating and spending time at the beach.
Samuel Ehebha - HR Coordinator
Samuel Ehebha joined Living Unlimited in February 2024 as the Human Resources Coordinator. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree, an MBA in Strategic Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. With previous experiences as an HR Consultant, Executive Assistant and HR Admin Assistant, Samuel is renowned for his resourcefulness, reliability, responsibility, and resilience. In his spare time, Samuel will be found studying or watching TV. In his home country, He founded and chartered a Lions Club, a community service international organization that help the needy.
Management Staff
LAUREN ROWE - MUSIC THERAPY DIRECTOR
Lauren Rowe, MT-BC came to Living Unlimited in January 2009 as a Music Therapist and was promoted to the manager in December 2010. Originally from Sunbury, PA, she is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and completed her internship at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Lauren enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, especially kids. When not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and daughters. In her free time she also enjoys being crafty, making music, singing on her church worship team, and cooking!
Ashley Howson - Music Therapy Director
Ashley Howson MT-BC, joined the Living Unlimited team in June 2016. She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She completed her internship at Banner – University Medical Center, working with a variety of medical diagnoses, in Phoenix, Arizona. Ashley was promoted to MT Music Therapy Manager in June of 2018. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking, canoeing, and painting.
Krystal Winkelman - Music Therapy Manager
Krystal Winkelman, MT-BC, came to Living Unlimited in February 2009 as a Music Therapist. She graduated from Mansfield University and completed her internship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. She received her Masters of Human Services from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. When not working, Krystal enjoys teaching percussion and spending time with her family.
Alison McClure - South Regional Manager
Alison McClure joined Living Unlimited in 2014. Previously, she has worked with teenagers in a residential facility in Mechanicsburg. She had enjoyed making the transition from a Youth Care Worker to a Rehabilitation Specialist (RS) and is looking forward to working with others towards their goals. Alison was promoted to Case Manager in August 2017 after demonstrating effective skills as an RS. She is also certified in Customized Employment. Alison lives in Camp Hill with her husband, two children; two parakeets and Siberian husky. She is a 2010 graduate from Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in Social Services. Alison plays the bagpipes, enjoys doing paper crafts, managing the family Photography Business, classic literature and her Scottish heritage.
Bailey swaffar - south Regional manager
Bailey Swaffar joined Living Unlimited in October 2020 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies with a minor in Psychology. Bailey has 3 years of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Hematology and Oncology. She was promoted to regional manager in May 2022. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, reading, and watching college football.
Amber shaheen- NORTH REGIONAL MANAGER
Amber (Laylon) Shaheen graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's degree in Disability and Community Services. Amber completed her Internship at Hope Enterprises working with individuals with disabilities. In January 2017, Amber joined Living Unlimited as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She was promoted to Regional Manager in May 2021. In her spare time she likes to workout, go hiking, and take her dog for walks.
Siri Matos - North Regional Manager
Siri J. Matos came to Living Unlimited in June 2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she came to the area after an enlistment in the US Air Force Reserve. Siri is a graduate of Pace University and the Community College of the Air Force. She enjoys working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. When she is not working, Siri enjoys volunteering in her local community, particularly with the Junior League of Williamsport. She has 3 children and 4 dogs who she loves. Some of her favorite pastimes including tending to plants, hiking, and finding new local places to visit with friends.
rachel buck - northeast regional manager
Rachel Buck started to work with Living Unlimited in September 2023 as a Northeast Regional Manager. She moved to Northeastern Pennsylvania from New York City where she received her bachelor’s degree from Hunter College. Having worked as a supports coordinator, a program coordinator for a nonprofit supporting self-advocacy and a home based service provider, Rachel has over five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. When she isn’t working, Rachel enjoying gardening, spending time with her husband and pets (3 dogs, 4 cats, chickens and cow) and coaching Special Olympics (bocce and swimming).
Administrative Staff
Brenda Brownewell-Starner - Executive Secretary
Brenda Brownewell-Starner is the Executive Secretary for Living Unlimited, Inc. where she began her employment in 2015. Brenda has been in the Administrative Field since 1987 and has received numerous professional credentials. Brenda attended Harrisburg Area Community College for four years where she earned her Associates Degree as a Cardiovascular Technician. Brenda was on the Dean’s list each semester throughout those four years. Brenda completed her certification in Medical Billing and Healthcare Documentation through At-Home Professions, an on-line institute, with honors. Brenda is working towards her Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management and Administration through Immaculata University.
Fonda Shupper - Administrative Secretary
Fonda Shupper came to Living Unlimited with many years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. She began working at Living Unlimited in December 2008 as a Rehabilitation Specialist before transferring in October 2014 to Administrative Assistant. Using her past job experience she helps to train and guide new staff with all of the variety of paperwork requirements upon joining our team. When she is not at work she can be found at home in Carlisle with her husband of over 15 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, solving Sudoku puzzles and quilting.
jennifer toner - Administrative Secretary
Jenn came to Living Unlimited in March of 2023 as a Secretary in our North region. After growing up in Williamsport Pennsylvania and graduating from Loyalsock Township High School, she traveled around the country working in Early Childhood Education with children ranging in age from 0 to 13. Settling back into life in Pennsylvania, Jenn spends her free time with her very cute dog, catching up on an ever expanding ‘to-be-read’ pile of books, or getting terribly lost inside a mess of art supplies.
Elisia Alvarado-Cali - Administrative Secretary
Elisia Alvarado-Cali came to Living Unlimited in August 2023 as the Secretary in our South Region. Originally from Tampa, FL, she is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in film and media. In 2022, she completed an internship at a digital marketing company in Seoul, South Korea where she lived for 4 months. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her 5 cats, attend concerts, travel, and eat Korean BBQ.
divina Moore - office clerk
Divina Moore came to Living Unlimited in January 2023 as an Office Clerk. Originally from Bronx, NY, she attended UoP and holds a degree in Medical Office Management. Divina loves volunteering in her community and enjoys baking and spending time with her kids in her free time.
Music Therapists
Andrea HornerAndrea Horner, MT-BC, came to Living Unlimited in August 2009. She is a 2009 graduate of Seton Hill University, in Greensburg, PA. Andrea completed her internship at Matheny Medical and Educational Center in Peapack, NJ, where she gained experience working with clients of all ages with various physical and developmental disabilities. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and singing on her church choir.
Cassandra SchoffstallCassandra Schoffstall, MT-BC, began her professional career at Living Unlimited in March of 2014. She graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy and a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience. She completed her internship at Lighthouse Neurological Rehabilitation Center working with adults with Traumatic Brain Injury and children with Autism. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Music Therapy with a concentration in Neurological Music Therapy. Outside of work, Cassy likes to spend time with her family outdoors biking, running, playing Frisbee and gardening.
Stephanie StraussStephanie Strauss, MT-BC, began her professional career with Living Unlimited in 2015. A 2014 graduate of Elizabethtown College, she completed her internship at Matheny Medical and Educational Center where she worked with individuals with medically complex developmental disabilities. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, music, and reading.
Robert DiBartolomeoRobert DiBartolomeo MT-BC, joined the Living Unlimited team in May 2021. He earned his Music Therapy degree in 2018 at Temple University and completed his academic internship at Friends Hospital. After graduation, Robert continued facilitating music therapy sessions in behavioral health facilities with clients of all ages. In his free time, Robert enjoys hiking, volunteering, playing games, and spending time with his nephews.
Devynn Napp-BarkerDevynn Napp-Barker, came to Living Unlimited in May 2023 as a Music Therapy Intern and Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Danville, PA, he graduated from Elizabethtown College in May of 2023 and is currently completing his Music Therapy Internship required to obtain his Bachelor's of Music in Music Therapy. Before working for Living Unlimited, Devynn worked as a live entertainment performer as a drummer at Cedar Point amusement park. When he is not working, Devynn enjoys performing on the drum kit, getting strikes at the bowling alley, and spending time with his younger siblings and family.
Darlene CanalesDarlene Canales, MA, MT-BC moved to Pennsylvania from Texas in the Fall of 2023 and joined Living Unlimited in May 2024 as a music therapist. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX where she received her B.S. in Music Therapy and M.A. with an emphasis in Music Therapy. She completed her internship at Denton Independent School District, also in Denton, TX. Darlene enjoys working with various populations including Autism, students in special education ages 3-21, Geriatrics, Mental Health, Cerebral Palsy, and LGBTQ+. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and a small “zoocrew” at home. She also enjoys playing video games, reading, and singing in country music bands.
Emily McgarveyEmily McGarvey, MT-BC, NMT began her professional career with Living Unlimited in June 2024 as a Music Therapist/Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Coalport, PA, she graduated from Mercyhurst University with a B.M. in Music Therapy and a minor in psychology and completed her internship in Salem, VA at the Salem VA Medical Center. Emily enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, especially the geriatric population and head injury clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, crocheting, and engaging in community music programs.
Vocational Staff
Shay PetersShay Peters joined the North Region of Living Unlimited Inc. as a part-time Rehabilitation Specialist in June 2017. She graduates from The Pennsylvania State University in August 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In her free time, Shay enjoys spending time with her family, looking for antiques, and running with her dogs.
Jeannine EdrisJeannine Edris graduated from Messiah College in 2005 and earned a Bachelors in Psychology. She has a background in behavioral health and worked in the mental health field for 11 years before starting at Living Unlimited in 2017. Her hobbies include running, listening to music, watching movies, playing with my niece, taking care of my plants, and cooking.
Bethany GuldbrandsenBethany Guldbrandsen came to Living Unlimited in December of 2023 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She is a recent graduate from Penn State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology, with a focus on child development. Bethany plans to pursue her master’s degree in child psychology within the next year. She is passionate in providing support and helping others recognize and reach their potential. In her free time, Bethany enjoys playing D&D, reading books about history, and spending time with her two cats Loki and Freyja. In her free time, she is often spending time with friends and family, and watching the latest Marvel movies and shows.
Eric VangorderEric VanGorder joined Living Unlimited in February 2022. Eric graduated from Northampton Community College with an Associates degree in general arts with the intention of nursing. He has approximately a year of experience working with the elderly as both a care giver and a med tech. Eric brings over a decade of customer service experience working at a grocery store in a variety of positions, including management duties. Although new to the human service field, Eric believes he has found his calling and has future plans to go back to school to obtain a bachelor’s in human services. Eric has a strength and nutrition coach that keeps him busy with workouts and meal prepping in his spare time. He also likes to spend time with his family and friends.
kathleen tarrKathleen Tarr came to Living Unlimited in March 2023 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Ms. Tarr is a graduate of Central Penn College. Kathleen enjoys helping people within her community of all ages in any way that she can. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her fiancé and two cats.
Brittany HayBrittany went to Towson University and graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's in psychology and ethology. After working at the National Aquarium utilizing her ethology degree, she began using her psychology degree to help elders for an in-home care company. Moving to Pennsylvania from Baltimore in 2023, she bought a house three miles away from the Appalachian Trail since ecology/biology/environmental conservation are still a passion. When not working or hiking, she's crocheting, reading books, or playing bass.
Allison BeecherAllison Beecher joined Living Unlimited in October of 2023. She recently graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in Forensic Studies. Allison plans to pursue her master's degree in forensic psychology beginning next year. In her free time, she spends time with her Fiancé and their dog, Lacey. They spend their time hiking, camping, kayaking, reading or watching movies!
Elsie DenisElsie Denis came to Living Unlimited in April of 2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She is a graduate of DeSales University with a degree in Business Administration. In her previous work experience, she enjoyed the role of Practice Admin at a behavioral health clinic. With over 8 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities she has enjoyed creating impact in the lives of others. In her free time, she enjoys reading, catching up on her favorite shows, and spending time with family.
Shannon murphyShannon Murphy came to Living Unlimited in June 2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Shannon has worked most recently as an Employment Specialist and Career Coach. After living in many parts of the US, Shannon settled in the Lehigh Valley region where she enjoys live music, area hiking trails, and spending time with family and good friends.

Vocational Staff
Valerie DavisVal Davis is a graduate of Shippensburg University with majors in Psychology and Sociology as well as a minor in Social Welfare. In September of 2012, she returned to the Living Unlimited as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She first worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist for the Living Unlimited Program from 1988 until 2008. Her other experience includes acting as a service coordinator for the Act 150 Program and the Attendant Care Waiver at the Center for Independent Living of Central PA from 2008 until 2012. Some of Val's favorite hobbies include counted cross stitch, 3D decoupage, and decorating her home. Val's goal in life is to grow in her spiritual life and to continue to serve people as long as she can. Val recently completed training and testing to become a certified brain injury specialist.
James GiacobbeJames Giacobbe has been a Rehab Specialist with Living Unlimited as of January 2013. He graduated from Wilkes University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. He most recently was employed in a group home where he had a role in helping adolescents achieve independence and permanent living arrangements. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, listening to music and spending quality time with friends and family. James recently completed training and testing to become a certified brain injury specialist as well as becoming certified in customized employment services.
Vincent DangolovichVincent Dangolovich III was thrilled to join the Living Unlimited Inc. family as a rehabilitation specialist in February 2019. Having earned a Master’s of Communication from Penn State, Vincent sought to find a career with greater meaning and fulfillment, leading him to his current position. Vincent’s eclectic background includes work as a retailer, actor, portrait photographer, improvisation performer, and even an multi-award winning close-up magician. It is his belief that all his experiences and learning prepared him for the engaging and varied work with LU. When not working or performing, Vincent enjoys great food, ballroom dance, and Pai Lum Kung Fu. He wishes to thank his friend, music therapist Kelsy, for the great tip on LU’s positions and life changing work.
Amy DoveAmy Dove joined Living Unlimited in January 2020 as Rehabilitation Specialist. Amy attended Point Park College in Pittsburgh and completed her BA in English at York College of PA. She has 10+ years experience in the mental/behavioral health field, working with a variety of age groups. Her hobbies include sewing, cosplay, and historical swordsmanship. She is also a member of the Rebel Legion and the 501st Legion, volunteer Star Wars costume clubs.
Johanna SchoeneckJohanna Schoeneck began working as a Rehabilitation Specialist in June 2021. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with an Associates Degree in Human Services. She most recently worked for 9 years as a Direct Support Professional. Johanna loves being able to see people achieve their goals and then watch them as they change the lives around them. When she is not working, Johanna loves to explore places (new and old), photography, spending time with family, horseback riding and so much more.
james WengerJames Wenger came to Living Unlimited in October 2022 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Lancaster PA he now resides in Bellefonte PA and has a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Pennsylvania State University. James has over 23 years of customer service and more than 3 years experience of volunteering with individuals with disabilities. When not working he enjoys playing video games and exercising at a local gym.
terri kuhlmanTerri Kuhlman came to Living Unlimited in April 2023 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Milesburg, PA, she graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2022 with an Associate Degree in Human Services and Restorative Justice. She enjoys working and being around people of all ages to provide the best support possible. When not working she enjoys spending time with her cats and spending time outdoors.
lisa davisLisa Davis is a team member of the Vocational Staff at Living Unlimited starting May 2023. She is a graduate of Penn state University (Go Lions!) and currently lives in the Wyoming Valley area. Lisa is a problem solver and takes pride in helping others reach their personal potential. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends. You will find them going on hikes, eating great foods, and visiting new places.
Sierra WeaverSierra Weaver came to Living Unlimited in July 2023 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Raised in Lock Haven, PA, she got her degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Children and Youth Services from Messiah University where she worked in the admissions department. In her free time, Sierra enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to new places.
strider eichlerStrider Eichler came to Living Unlimited in August 2023. They attended Ursinus College and have experience teaching high school English from their time in the Teach for America program. They are currently enrolled in Lebanon Valley College's Clinical Mental Health graduate program. When they aren't at work, they take care of their cats and dog. Strider enjoys gaming on their PC in their spare time, as well as reading and cross stitching.
Mary Bell RosarioMary Bell Rosario returned to work with Living Unlimited in January 2023 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Mary Bell originally started working as the Administrative Secretary in 2006. In 2009, she received her Associate Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, which gave her an opportunity to start working with Living Unlimited vocational clients. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, and recently completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling. Mary Bell enjoys working with her clients and seeing how they achieve their goals while working or searching for a job. She loves helping others with learning new skills. Mary Bell is an ordained minister and a chaplain. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, praying and serving others, cooking, sewing and painting.
Megan FletcherMegan Fletcher came to Living Unlimited in February 2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Nanticoke, PA, Megan is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College with her associate’s degree in Sociology. Megan is currently working on obtaining her bachelor's degree in human development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University. Megan was previously employed as a Direct Support professional as well as a Behavioral Health Specialist, providing necessary support and/or services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 5+ years. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family and 2 dogs, taking spontaneous road trips, and cooking.
Courtney LedgardCourtney Ledgard, BSW came to Living Unlimited in March 2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Hanover, PA, she is a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Social Work and is currently earning a Master of Social Work from Millersville University. She completed her BASW internship at The Mix in Lancaster, PA. Courtney enjoys working with everyone of any age or ability and is looking to gain as much professional experience as possible. When not working, she likes writing, arts and crafts, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Rashad Payne Rashad Payne started his career journey with Living Unlimited of July 22,2024 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Originally from Philadelphia, he relocated to Williamsport Pennsylvania in 2003. Rashad had the honor to attend and complete the Philadelphia Police College and became a Philadelphia Police Officer. In addition, he attended Crown College located in Tacoma Washington and is presently CPR/Lifeguard certified. Rashad formerly served as the Aquatics Director at the River Valley YMCA in Williamsport Pa. During his spare time he love spending time with his great nephews and cooking new recipes.
